The series includes two models — GM805-S and GM805-L — with the only difference being the lens and its reading distance: GM805-S: 5–30 cm GM805-L: 7–50 cm (actual range depends on barcode size and content) Both models feature a powerful 640×480 CMOS imaging sensor, high-speed decoding, and the ability to read 1D barcodes and 2D codes such as QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, Micro QR, and Micro PDF417. The GM805 series uses an advanced decoding algorithm developed from image-recognition technology, enabling fast scanning even on damaged, distorted, low-contrast, or screen-based barcodes. With support for both UART TTL-232 and USB, the module integrates seamlessly with Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, kiosks, vending machines, robotics, inventory systems, and Android OTG applications.
